Cancellation Policy

To secure dates for tours clients from out of province must book in advance in order to plan the trip and secure lodging, flights, travel, paying a minimum of $750 to secure a package date. Down payments will be held until full payment is processed upon arrival therefore if the client wants to cancel they must do so 4 weeks in advance or risk loosing down payment this allows the company time to fill a cancellation.
